Cushion manufacturing integrates biomechanics and materials engineering:
Layered Structure :
-
Bottom layer: High-resilience PU foam (density 60kg/m³ )
-
Middle layer: Carbon fiber reinforced substrate (1.2mm thickness)
-
Top layer: Micro-perforated silicone gel composite fabric
Core process uses hot-pressing one-time molding:
-
Implemented under 160℃ with gradient pressure (0.8-1.2MPa)
-
Interlayer bonding strength reaches 8MPa or more
-
Dynamic deformation buffer chamber is set in the ischial support area
Finished product passed 200,000 fatigue tests, deformation rate <3%.
