Ergonomic cushion composite lamination process

Cushion manufacturing integrates biomechanics and materials engineering:
Layered Structure

  • Bottom layer: High-resilience PU foam (density 60kg/m³ )

  • Middle layer: Carbon fiber reinforced substrate (1.2mm thickness)

  • Top layer: Micro-perforated silicone gel composite fabric
Core process uses hot-pressing one-time molding:

  1. Implemented under 160℃ with gradient pressure (0.8-1.2MPa)

  2. Interlayer bonding strength reaches 8MPa or more

  3. Dynamic deformation buffer chamber is set in the ischial support area
Finished product passed 200,000 fatigue tests, deformation rate <3%.
